We are driving back from running some errands. Merriwether is in her carseat, holding her Winnie-the-Pooh stuffed toy.
M- "Is Piglet a girl or a boy?"
Here we go again. My daughter is determined to understand all things about gender.
H - "I'm not sure. What do you think?" Clever way to skirt the subject, don't you think?
M- "Is Piglet a girl or a boy?"
H- "Honey, I said I'm not sure. What...."
M- "MAMA! I'M TRYING TO TALK TO WINNIE-THE-POOH!!!!!!!!!!"
Surprise. Winnie-the-Pooh reports that Piglet is a girl. Because she is pink.
